The construction finishes are in and we have been working on punch list items and getting final inspections from the City.  The Owner has started bringing in and arranging the furnishings.  We've noted some items that will need coordination on future phases to help better tie things together.

The chair lift went in and we are wrapping up a lot of finish items and working towards getting our final inspections taken care of in homes of wrapping up Phase 1 by the end of the month.

We are in the process of finishing Phase 1 and over the next couple of weeks will be complete with all but minor items, a couple of Owner Furnished items we are waiting on, or punchlist items.
  
Cabinets are complete except minor punchlist items.  Tile is about 2/3 complete and on the 3rd & 4th floor 100% complete with the exceptions of the 1 bedrooms and some punchlist items.  All apartments have been painted with the exception of the 1 bedroom units (4 apartments).  We are currently re-painting and touching up the paint in all of the apartments and will wrap that up in the next couple weeks.  We are in the process of installing plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, shower heads etc, and will be complete in the next week and a half.  We are also currenlty installing all of the wood doors, bi-fold doors and hardware in the apartments.  The chair lift will be installed on Thursday and entry locksets with the card readers will be onsite mid April.

Cleaning of the apartments will begin next Monday and Steve Garner will begin doing a final punchlist tomorrow for all of the trades, starting on the 4th floor.

Our drywall crews are moving their way through the apartments and as we pass inspections we have the painters following right behind.  We should be close to finishing all the drywall in the next few weeks.  Our painters have also been prepping the existing door frames as we wait to hear on a color choice from the architect.  The wood doors were delivered this past week and the metal doors are scheduled for delivery this week.
