Our drywall crews are moving their way through the apartments and as we pass inspections we have the painters following right behind.  We should be close to finishing all the drywall in the next few weeks.  Our painters have also been prepping the existing door frames as we wait to hear on a color choice from the architect.  The wood doors were delivered this past week and the metal doors are scheduled for delivery this week.

We worked with the City to get our rough-in issues resolved and passed our plumbing and HVAC inspections.  We have crews working on insulation, sheetrock, and fire caulking and will have inspections for those towards the beginning of the month.  We should be ready to paint in a couple weeks.  The fire alarm control panel was recently installed along with a new handicap ramp out by the street.
