All Apartments in Phase 1 (113-119, 213-219, 313-319, 413-419) are finished framing, rough in electrical, rough in plumbing (waste and vent as well as water lines), door frames installed and ready for sheetrock.  However, we have run in to a few unforeseen conditions and requests from the City regarding the design that need to be addressed before we can move to the next stage of the project.  We are trying hard to resolve those concerns so we can start sheetrock in the next week.  The stair lift is scheduled to be installed in 5 weeks, H/C ramps and truncated domes next week.  The painter is going to start preparing all of the existing door frames in the next couple of days.  The condensing unit platforms on the roof started to be framed yesterday.  We will be complete with rough in fire alarm by 1/17/14.

December 2013

Currently, we are in the inspection stages for all the rough in plumbing, electrical, framing, fire alarm and HVAC.  Upcoming schedule for the next 3 weeks is:
1/10/14- 1/14/14: Finish all framing, rough in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and fire alarm.  
City inspections scheduled throughout this week.
1/15/14- 1/24/14: Insulate walls and sheetrock apartments.  Sheetrock will be finished 
Feb 12th.  We will begin painting behind the sheetrock on 1/27/14 and tile and cabinets 
should be installed the first of February.

The pace of this project will really pick up over the next couple of months as we now have all of the required permits, Owner Furnished items and problems resolved.
