Phase 1 is well under way. We have completed and passed our underground rough in and are ready to pour back. Currently, all of the demolition is complete in phase 1 including plumbing and electrical demolition. We have begun rough in of the water supply for the units. 18 units (113-116, 213-216, 313-316, 413-416) have been finished framing with metal studs and furring out the walls. Electrical rough-in is complete in units 213, 214, 215 & 216. Windows have been measured and we expect they will be installed in about 5 weeks.
